Earnest and his team were rewarded for their work with the prestigious Franchise of the Year Award along with the Super Service Award from Angie’s List for more than 10 years in a row. Over the next two decades, Earnest immersed himself in learning the science behind cleaning fabric, stone and the effects various products have to clean or damage. In ’98, Earnest brought a new franchise to the San Antonio area and began a 20+ year endeavor to apply the same level of quality and understanding he developed in the Aerospace industry to deep cleaning.

Back in Central Texas, Earnest discovered an incredible opportunity to bring that knowledge to a new industry: professional deep cleaning services. Although he grew up in a small town in East Texas, Earnest joined the Navy for a short stint after graduating then moved to San Antonio Texas in 1997. I’ll hire them again without reservation.With a background in Aerospace Manufacturing, working with the space shuttles as well as various governmental programs, including the Star Wars Missile Defense Systems, Earnest Glenn understands the importance of technology and attention to every detail. Not sure that’s such a good thing for their health, especially in the blazing heat, but it means you get a crew that has single-minded focus on the job. They work crazy hard and take few if any breaks. They have the right tools for the job, come prepared and are very resourceful.
If you have a special request they will cheerily go about trying to make you happy. They willingly talk to you about how they will accomplish the job. The whole operation is professional from scheduling, to arriving on time, to a positive and professional attitude and respect for your property. I like that I know whom I’m working with. They have a small crew, which means that you will see the same guys job after job. Here’s why I highly recommend this company. We followed this the next day with a window cleaning of over 20+ windows. I will continue to hire this company without reservation, May 2018: We had our large, stone house power-washed, dryer vent cleaned out and a carpet and dining room chairs cleaned. He had the most cheerful and professional demeanor and was super accommodating. Jacob was super nice about moving everything that could be moved so more of the carpet could be cleaned.
I was injured at the time of the appointment so I was unable to get things off the floor for the carpet cleaning. I pointed out areas where the dog like to hang out on the carpet and extra attention was paid to those areas. Dec 2019: We had the carpets in 4 rooms, 3 closets, a stairwell and a large landing cleaned and the dryer vent cleaned in 1/2 day. They continue to be my go-to business for cleaning needs. I am still impressed with their efforts and results. Topaz Cleaning and Restoration is a family-owned small business who is all about customer service. I appreciate the extra attention Jacob and Darnell paid to get the best results possible. In some areas of tile, the guys kept trying different solutions to get the grout as clean as they could. It was amazing how much of a positive difference it made by having the tiles/grout professionally cleaned. Nov 2020: This time we had over 800 sq foot of ceramic tile and grout cleaned along with the dryer vent.
